For over two centuries, St. Paul’s School, Darjeeling has stood for more than education. It has been a place where young minds are shaped, character is formed and leaders for tomorrow are nurtured.
1823 — 200+ Years of Legacy
It is with great joy and a deep sense of responsibility that I extend my warm greetings to you all. As Chairman of the Board of Governors of St. Paul’s School, Darjeeling. I am honoured to be part of a school with a heritage of more than two centuries, and a legacy of excellence in education, character and service.
At St. Paul’s, we believe that education is far more than the acquisition of knowledge.
It is about nurturing the whole person — mind, heart and spirit. Our aim is to instil in our boys the values of hope, faith and trust, and to help them grow into young men of character, with wisdom, kindness, honesty and a sense of benevolence. These values will guide them, not only in their academic pursuits, but in their lives as responsible citizens and future leaders.
In a world that is changing rapidly, the need for compassionate and principled leadership has never been greater. St. Paul’s, with its rich heritage and enduring traditions, remains steadfast in its commitment to provide an education that prepares boys for the challenges and opportunities of the future, while holding firm to the values that have shaped generations for over 200 years.
